Next to the house where Fernando Pessoa was born José Avillez’s Belcanto restaurant (first restaurant in Lisbon to be distinguished with two Michelin stars, and José Avillez is the first Portuguese chef to obtain this honour in Portugal) reveals in his library a Ricardo Reis (Fernando Pessoa) extraordinary poem:

To be great, be whole
